2014 Ford Focus Brake Light Fault

Made a stop just about an hour ago and the notification came up again.

2014 ford focus brake light fault. While changing all my front bulbs to osrams cool blues i changed the indicator bulb but it didnt work. I have a focus 2010. I have replaced the bulb 3 times including purchasing one straight from the dealer but it is not a bulb issue since the issue continues with new bulbs. Talked to the ford dealer but they want 130 just to diagnose. No bulb fault notification anyway.
