2014 Ford Focus Brake Light Bulb Fault

Made a stop just about an hour ago and the notification came up again.

2014 ford focus brake light bulb fault. While changing all my front bulbs to osrams cool blues i changed the indicator bulb but it didn t work. I have a focus 2010. I recently got a brake lamp fault. We have the best products at the right price.

Sure enough i caught the left brake light out this time with the parking filament working fine. The light changes green and about three seconds into my acceleration around 2nd or 3rd gear i hear the distinctly annoying beeping noise coming from the dash and the all too familiar fault code message appear on the driver display. So i went to replace the oem bulb with a fresh bosch 3157 bulb from amazon. Dear fellow escapees yesterday i was sitting at a red light in traffic with my 500 mile old 2014 fe titanium.

My wife hopped in the car to test the brakes. So i swopped the two bulb holders over but no change. The front indicator does not work as well as right side brake light. Haven t checked fuses as i don t know which to check due to misplaced but here somewhere manual.

Hi i have sorted this problem on my 99 focus ghia check both your tail light bulbs someone put the wrong bulb in and i had the exact same problems you described the bulb for brake tail light has two steel connecters and and all other bulbs have one i put proper bulb in and the problem disappeared now lights working perfect and sidelights dont come on now when i brake change both brake tail. The driver side tail light works but the brake light doesn t light up when the brake pedal is pushed. Equip cars trucks suvs with 2014 ford focus brake light mini bulb from autozone. But 10 minutes later when i got home the brake light was working fine again.
