2001 Suburba No Heat To Floor

It sounds like a vacuum issue to me but i am pretty much a shade forest mechanic so i thought i would check in with the experts.

2001 suburba no heat to floor. 2001 silverado with 191 000 miles. 2003 suburban z71 with duel climate control and rear controls no heat in front or rear sometimes rear will blow warm if reving rpms countinously. The heat in the silverado is supplied by the hot engine coolant running through the engine cooling channels. Is there a switch that opens this up are could it be stopped up.

I had the same problem but reversed no heat in front and it worked up to the last time i had switched it from hot to cold. Just noticed that the heater does not work.
